The Corelation, an executive search firm in India, runs this website. This page says plainly what happens to your information when you visit and when you write to us. It is written to be read, not to cover us.

What does the contact form collect?

The contact form collects your name, your company, your email address and the message you write. We ask for these because we need them to reply and to understand what you are hiring for. There are no other fields and nothing is collected from your browser in the background.

When you press send, the form hands your message to a small program on our server, which emails it to us through Resend, a transactional email service. Resend holds the message briefly in order to deliver it, in the way any email provider does. The message then sits in our mailbox so that we can reply and, if a conversation follows, so that we can remember what you told us. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else.

If the email service is unavailable, the form offers you a link that opens your own email program instead. In that case the message travels as ordinary email from you to us and the website holds nothing.

Do you use analytics or tracking cookies?

No. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no scripts from other companies. The fonts are served from our own server. Nothing on these pages reports your visit to a third party, which is why there is no cookie banner to click away.

What does the server record?

Like almost every website, our web server keeps an access log: the address your connection came from, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser you used. We keep these logs for a short period for security and to diagnose faults, after which they are deleted automatically. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

How long do you keep what I send?

For as long as it is useful to the conversation you started, and no longer. If you write to us and nothing follows, the message stays in our mailbox the way any correspondence does, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How do I ask for my information to be deleted or corrected?

Email hello@thecorelation.com from the address you used, and tell us what you would like removed or changed. We will do it and confirm by reply. You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

Which law applies?

We are based in India and handle personal information in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In plain terms: we collect only what we need, we use it only for the purpose you gave it to us for, we keep it only as long as that purpose lasts, and you can ask us to correct or erase it. If you write to us from outside India, the same approach applies to you.

Will this page change?

If the way we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly start tracking people. If we ever add analytics, it will be said here before it is switched on.

Questions about any of this can go to the founder directly. The About page says who that is, and the address above reaches them.
